2004 Bryant 90Plus furnac3 converted to propane is running in good condition despite age. 16x25x4 air filter is new today. Used homeowner supplied filter but left new filter included with gold plan next to furnace. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners, no rust visible. Flushed collector box and condensate trap. Tested system in EM-Heat mode from Vision Pro 8000 thermostat. Tested flame sensor and pressure switches. Inducer motor tested at 0.45A, rated at 0.75FLA. Blower motor is operating at 7.05A and blower capacitor that was replaced recently is reading within spec. 2" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Delta t of 47F with supply temp of 115F, spec Delta t of 30-60F. Data on propane inlet pressures are as follows. With nothing running, inlet pressure is 11.9inwc. With stove and generator running, inlet is 4.5inwc but slowly rose to approximately 6.5inwc. With generator only running, inlet is at 11.6inwc, a
