OEM matching 440 volt power supply 35+4
2001 Trane XB R22 No operation outdoors when thermostat calls for cooling. Contactor engages however breaker in the main panel was in the tripped off position. 440 volt power supply 35 + 4 is below specs causing high amp draws at startup and running Condenser coil is matted over solid on all four sides causing excessively high refrigerant pressures and extra stress on the compressor. Relevel condenser with bricks already on site Water flush condenser coil Reset breaker and run test refrigerant pressures. R22 piston coil is running at 67 with 29 superheat 78ra indoor and 85 outdoors 440 volt power supply is special order. Seth has prepared an estimate and sent for approval
2021 Carrier AC running in great condition. 20x25x4 air filter was new on 3-9. Visual inspection of indoor coil. Flush drain pan and drain lines. Run test unit in cooling mode. Delta t of 21F with supply temp of 50F. Refrigerant pressures are within spec. High 270psi with 11F SC, low 115psi with 11F SH. Dual run capacitor is within spec. Outdoor fan motor and compressor are operating within amp draw specifications. Unit is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Summer.
Preventative maintenence inspection on Bryant geothermal package unit. System is operating in good condition. Visual inspection of air coil. Flush condensation drain pan and drain trap. Compressor capacitor tested within spec. Shut down humidifier. 30x36x2 air filter in good condition. Test ran system in cooling mode. Performed heat of rejection test. System is operating in second stage cooling at ~66K BTUH. Ground loop pressure is at 45psi stagnant. Did not check refrigerant as there is no issues suspected. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Summer.
2006 Lennox AC running in good condition despite age. 16x25x1 air filter in good condition. Visual inspection of indoor coil. Flush drain pan and drain lines. Humidifier damper is closed. Run test unit in cooling mode from thermostat. Delta t of 21F with supply temp of 49F. R-22 refrigerant pressures are within spec. High 185psi with 9F SC, low 60psi with 24F SH. Piston metering device. Dual run capacitortested within operating spec. Fan motor and compressor are operating within Amp draw specifications. System is operational with no issues found. Due to the age of the unit, it is possible that components such as the compressor could fail at any time.
Bryant Georhermal unit is operating properly. 30x36x2 air filter is new today. Humidifier pad in good condition. Tested humidifier operation. Humidifier is operating properly, test ran geothermal unit in electric backup heat to test hear strips. All heat stips are properly running at ~20A. Electric heat temp rise of 29F. Electric heat is operating properly. Blower motor is operating properly within specs. Also tested geothermal operation to verify proper operation. No issues found during today's visit.
2021 Carrier high efficiency furnace running in great condition. 20x25x4 air filter is new today. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. 3" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Run test unit in heating mode. Delta t of 54F with supply temp of 121F, Delta t spec of 40-70F. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
