Recently during the heat wave our heating pump thermostat decided to fail. I was shocked at the price for a new one - improved and upgraded model - but the technician was prompt and knowledgeable and had the new one in and working iin no time. The advantage is that now the heat pump is fully automatic.

Our heat pump stopped on a Saturday because of a circuit board failure. We had a prompt service call, but had to wait without heat for a new circuit board. This was installed, but the system failed again after approximately 12 hours. Had to wait again for several days for a new circuit board to be obtained. When it came, Greg Funk, the technician on this call, "rebooted" the system before installing another circuit board and our system has now been working for several days. Kudos to Greg!
