I have no opinion yet. After two service visits that were needed to fault find the source of my problem with my heat pump / air handler I’m still waiting for a Quote for work required to fix the problem.

The service is easy to book, the technician comes when scheduled, the pricing is great and the inspection very thorough. When there have been issues (thankfully, not often), the technician explains them clearly and goes over what's needed, and can usually do the work immediately. I never worry about my furnace with Westisle as my reliable and professional service provider.
