The owner was thorough in his explanations for the estimate. Knowledgeable how to service the space and upfront about cost. The installation was smooth; the installers were neat and took out some old equipment no longer operable which was nice. The took time to explain what they were doing and made sure we knew how to run the unit.

Logan, the tech that came to our house, was super nice and did an excellent job! Superb service!! I only wish it didn’t cost so much. But I guess I’d rather pay a little more for great service than save a few dollars for sub-par service.
