Logan was excellent. His service of cleaning our furnace was wonderful. Great job! Did have a problem of no response from office after several phone calls to the office. Was about to hire another HVAC company when Logan called and he came out immediately to service furnace. However, there appears to be a communication problem between office, service person and customer.
