Finally I got someone who smelled gas leaking too! Nick is on the ball and did a great job. He answered all my questions and was a great help. I cannot give the same kudos to the office staff though. I wanted to make an an appointment to have my tankless water heater serviced on the same day. The office staff said that I should call a plumber and that if it was not broken then it probably does not need service. While Nick was here I received a text from someone at Wolcott suggesting that I call and make an appointment to have my tankless water heater serviced! Imagine my exasperation and confusion. What the heck is going on??? Terrible customer service and I still don't know if I should open the yellow pages to find a plumber.
