I’ve had a number of the Woods technicians out to the house and all have been spot on and professional. Specifically today, John took care of our problem quickly and was extremely knowledgeable about questions I needed answered. I ask a lot of questions and these guys always answer with patience and care. Technicians don’t always appreciate 21 questions, but John took the time to answer each question and even gave us more than I was asking. They all seem to have the desire to teach while they work. That’s rare. Woods is doing something right by hiring the right techs. Much appreciated.

Scheduling, automatic changeover, and fan circulation to help with airflow in home
Bryant heat pump system. Residential service call no cooling situation. Indoor and outdoor unit running but not compressor. Discovered a bad dual run capacitor not allowing for compressor come on in weak on fan side. Replaced under manufacturer part warranty system is now functioning and cooling again customer received a priority rates on part and diagnostic being under gold maintenance preventative maintenance plan
Carrier air handler and heat pump system. Found bad blower motor most likely caused by a power surge or brown out Installed rescue motor with built-in surge protection to help prevent this in the future Went over preventative maintenance plans and indoor air quality products
Bryant 90% LP furnace. Performing Fall preventative maintenance check making sure system is functioning and heating correctly. Testing for gas leaks and all major safeties Changing customers media filter to allow for another six months to a year of use
Clearing up clogged primary drain line caused by algae and debris making water come out of secondary drain line above porch Cleared out drain line and added algicide tablets to help prevent this issue in the future Went over system for proper operation, made customer aware of preventative maintenance plans benefits and pricing
