I had a noise in my new high-efficiency system. It wasn’t loud but I noticed it. I needed to replace attic ductwork anyway, so we hoped that might resolve it. Workman did a great job with Attic ductwork, but it did not completely resolve the noise. Michelle in the office sent Senior technician Ahmad Especially for this troubleshooting. He checked all possibilities, ruled out mechanical and resolve it with gas pressure adjustment. Excellent work In under one hour time. Thank you again, Each service has been at the top level.

Maybe it takes suffering through years of average, or less than average, service providers limited in knowledge and training… To truly appreciate fully qualified and credentialed technicians like Wortman has sent me on each of a variety of service requests. This includes a new high-efficiency system installation and whole house ductwork replacement – the service that this review is focused on.
Called Wortman Air and as usual they were polite, prompt and took care of my issue. I did not have an emergency, but their response was excellent. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and took care of business. All office communication was handled very professionally. I was always kept appraised of my repair status. Thank you.
I selected Wortman for a replacement split heat and air system, after getting a number of bids this spring. My last system worked only seven years before coils leaked. I decided to replace instead of repair, as I wasn’t impressed with the RUUD system. On install date and on every occasion since, every employee of Wortman whom I have met has been professional, courteous, and knowledgeable above and beyond the other shops I previously used. I used to think that annual service agreements were not a good value, but my mind has changed with Wortman. As a survivor of carbon monoxide poisoning from my car, I know the importance of thorough service. I like to learn and every staff person has been willing to share knowledge with me.
Toby was out the same day to check on our air conditioning system. Even thought it's been a hotter than usual summer, our A/C didn't seem to keep up. Luckily, Toby was able to come out quickly and diagnose that we were about a pound low on coolant. In less than an hour, our home was cooled off again! Thank you, Wortman, for being my favorite HVAC company in Tulsa!
