I had a great experience. I scheduled a regular AC maintenance visit, but right before he came, the AC actually broke. Craig quickly diagnosed the problem, installed a temporary solution so we weren't without air while waiting on a a part, and was transparent and friendly in his explanation. Fantastic service, trustworthy company.
