Brushed and vacuumed flu pipe and heat exchanger Replaced oil filter, nozzle, and strainer Checked all electrical connections and safeties Preformed combustion and smoke tests 5.5%o2 40ppm co 0 smoke Noticed sections of the boiler were weeping and had sediment on them indicating it has been going on for some time. Avoided areas of boiler with heavy sediment buildup to avoid disturbing the leak. Recommend replacing boiler in the near future. Took pictures and measurements for replacement quote
