Steve put in a new air conditioning/heating system at my home two years ago. A week ago during a heat wave, it would not turn on. He responded on that very day and fixed the fuse issue for a minimal fee. He is a person of his word and I really appreciate his trustworthiness. On his recent visit Steve was training a young man who was gathering apprenticeship hours for his license, and Steve was a thorough, patient, and thoughtful teacher.
