The cleaning crew was courteous and well trained in the task of kitchen exhaust hood cleaning. The overall experience was rated four out of five stars due to the last minute reschedule requested by Elite Hood Service. It was small inconvenience but the reschedule communication was very professional. Will definitely use Elite Hood Service again.

All the filters are still dirty and none of them are washed, if you only clean the nozzle you shouldn’t charge us for 920+ dollars
