Scam. Didn't honor the coupon and spent an hour with a sales pitch. Then spent the next 90 minutes trying to play me and my husband against each other with more services and the higher estimate. Two hours after he left, my carpet looked like he'd never even arrived. I'm starting to think he only used hot water on the carpet while he used the actual cleaning solution during the spot test (which of course looked better than the final rooms). Oh, and don't believe for a second the lie that the carpets will be dry "in a few hours." It's now 10 hours later and it's still damp -- as I expected it to be.
