This has been an incredible experience from the initial quote to the final billing. I called Safeside with concerns about a leaking chimney. Dale quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately had me on their calendar. They had an opening over a week earlier than they expected, and a crew was out here & done with the work in a day and a half. The craftsmanship was without peer, and the cleanup was so thorough that it was as if they weee never there. Everyone I dealt with was kind, eager to help and took great pride in their work.

In Glastonbury, CT, we remortared the fractured chimney crown with waterproof cement to stop water entry and protect the masonry structure. We installed two stainless steel caps to seal and safeguard both venting systems from weather and animals.
In Stamford CT We installed a UL-listed stainless steel liner to safely vent the oil furnace. The new system protects the chimney interior from condensation damage and restores proper performance.
In Manchester CT, We removed the damaged chimney exterior and rebuilt it from the roof up with new brick and mortar. We installed new lead flashing and ensured long-term structural protection.
Replacing the oil furnace stack with a 6" Class A double wall insulated chimney pipe, sleeving remaining stacks, updating caps, flashing, shingles, ice-and-water, and rake edges.
In Coventry CT, we applied water repellent and redid the flashing for this chimney in order to prevent water intrusion and thus water damage.
Deep River Ct Masonry Repair. Rebuilt the top damaged crown and deteriorated upper brick courses. Installed new stainless steel rain/snow caps to protect the chimney flues.

Installation of a Manchester Ct chimney liner system for heating flue, gave estimate for future masonry repair. The interior safe venting was the more immediate concern.
In Tolland, CT, we installed a UL-listed stainless steel chimney liner system to address interior flue damage caused by condensation. This restored safe venting of combustion by-products and protected the chimney structure from further deterioration.
In Oakdale CT We removed the stage-three creosote glazing with a high-powered drill and wire whips. We cleaned the tiles and chamber.
