Both crews that visited our home were very professional and polite. The performed the tasks at hand taking care not to disturber or damage any property - and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Safeside Chimney and will be utilizing your services again in the near future.
This has been an incredible experience from the initial quote to the final billing. I called Safeside with concerns about a leaking chimney. Dale quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately had me on their calendar. They had an opening over a week earlier than they expected, and a crew was out here & done with the work in a day and a half. The craftsmanship was without peer, and the cleanup was so thorough that it was as if they weee never there. Everyone I dealt with was kind, eager to help and took great pride in their work.
Everything went well. Explained what was to be done. Followed up with photos. Only comment is there was no heads up call. The workers just showed up that’s was a good chance no one would have been home.
From my inspection to the completed work, I found the guys to be knowledgeable, respectful, and so neat. They made sure I understood everything.
Great service. Guys were courteous, professional, came when they said they would and did what they were supposed to do. Very pleased with the results, and would recommend Safeside to everyone.
Safeside Chimney was prompt, thorough and fair in assessing the work needed. During actual work they were clean, detailed and efficient. Great team!
Workers friendly, hard working, talented. Office staff unpleasant, noncommittal . Poor communication.
