The service technician was awesome. Very professional, thorough and explained the repair/maintenance in great detail. The communication between the scheduling department and the technician was not very good and delayed our service time. I highly recommend that when a customer calls scheduling on the day of the service, that the customer is given a contact number for the technician, so there is no miscommunication. Also, there should be better hours for customers that work full-time!!!

Samsung refrigerator is leaking into freezer department. Drain tube is clogged and causing leak. Ice is building up in the bottom. We cleared the ice from the drain and unit is draining as designed.
