TECH: Josh APPLIANCE BRAND:Samsung APPLIANCE TYPE:Fridge COMPLAINT:I have a Samsung Fridge model: RF23J9011SR/AA which appears to not be cooling or sealing well on the freezer and refrigerator areas. Compressor is louder than we'd expect, when closing the doors there is little resistance to open, and makes a continuous humming sound like it's trying to seal but cannot. We'd like to have someone come onsite and take a look/repair is possible MODEL / SERIAL (if available): Customer Will advised.
