Customer requested service for their GE profile GDT695SSJ0SS dishwasher. Upon arrival found that unit is not starting. It's also not detecting door is closed. Replaced door latch with part from square trade. Unit will need a new board.
Customer called requesting service for Frigidaire FCRG3052ASB range reporting that they were having cooking issues including moisture and condensation around vent as well as a gas smell. We recommended replacing the gas valve and ignitor. After successfully installing new gas valve and bake ignitor, the unit is now working properly.
