TECH: John APPLIANCE BRAND:Fisher & Paykel APPLIANCE TYPE:Dishwasher COMPLAINT:My dishwasher is three years old. In the top drawer, somehow water is baking up on the day's dishwasher is not used. I am not sure if anything to do with the drain hose but needs service. At time of visit neither drawer had water other than enough to keep pump primed. Called F&P TCC. Reinstalled 30" drain loop because it was sagging. Draining in to disposal. Filled sink with disposal and drained with disposal on. No back feed. Filled both drawers with water started wash cycles in both. Both washing and draining completely. If issu happens again asked customer to take pictures of both drawers
