Customer is going to shut refrigerator off for 24 to 48 hours to see if this resolves the issue of the condensation and Ice forming between the wall of the refrigerator and the freezer. Customer is adamant about me replacing other parts on the refrigerator I told her we need to solve the condensation the ice and the no Cooling in the refrigerator first. If shutting the refrigerator off for 48 hours doesn't cure it then it will be deemed by Nicor. Customer doesn't understand why I will not give her a new ice bucket a new evaporator drain pan and a temperature sensor that is working properly. I called Nicor service explain the condition and issues to them if she calls back and has the same problem of condensation and Ice forming between the walls it is caused by deteriorating insulation and it will be deemed not repairable. I did explain to the customer that this is a last-ditch effort and then she does not want to replace the refrigerator but if it doesn't work there is no fix for this
