We specifically requested technician, Carlos Velasco to service our freezer. He was here a year+ ago and was training another young man. His professionalism, patience (with me) and knowledge is wonderful. He quickly fixed our issue and should we have another problem with any appliance we definitely will call Affordable Appliance Repair.
Nick, thank u 4 the work u did 4 us, it was very professional, n well done. We really enjoy using Affordable Appliance.
My first time needing my freezer repaired and I am more than pleased that Carlos and Nick took care of it in no time at all. They were friendly, dressed professionally and told me what the problem was. Never having needed repairs on appliances I will use Affordable Appliance Repair again if a problem occurs and will recommend them to friends. Also, Shawntelle (sp) took my phone call and asked what my problem was and advised who would call me when a technician was available and Don called within minutes to give me a two hour window for service...all on the same day!
