Check pricing for hidden costs

Never mentioned $140 flat rate for checking microwave. Had a spring replaced in the door. 5 minutes to diagnose, 15 minutes to repair, cost $165. Seems very expensive.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is noisy. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Condenser fan motor shaft is loose. CORRECTION: Replaced condenser fan motor with customer supplied part and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks at the refrigerator water supply line. Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain. Removed freezer panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and debris, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator seems to run all the time. CAUSE: Found condenser coils clogged with debris. CORRECTION: Clean condenser coils and tested, operation now normal.

Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, belt, and idler pulley. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected refrigerator for proper voltage supply, voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage from terminal block to control, voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage from control to DC inverter, found voltage supply to the inverter normal however no voltage coming out of the inverter to the compressor. Found compressor inverter control board failed. CORRECTION: Replaced compressor inverter control board and tested. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports Samsung ice maker is not working and is frozen over. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Found ice maker frozen over underneath and in back of ice maker mold. Ice maker is splashing during fill cycle causing icing and frost. CORRECTION: Sealed ice housing with Samsung approved RTV sealer, replaced ice maker auger heater, ice maker, Y clips to evaporator coil to ice maker, relocate ice maker fill tube to relocation area. Replace main control board to updated control board. Operation is now normal. NOTE: No leaks upon completion.
