CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is making a loud noise. CAUSE: Found dryer idler pulley failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer idler pulley and tested, operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports dryer has a burning smell while running. CAUSE: Internal dryer cabinet filled with blow by lint. CORRECTION: Disassembled dryer and cleaned internal dryer cavity and reassembled unit. Operation is now normal.

Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, and idler pulley. Operation now normal

CONCERN: Customer reports washer is leaking. CAUSE: During testing. Unit tripped breaker at startup. Removed power wire from motor control and unit stayed on but would not fill with water. Removed external gfi and unit ran normal. Tested unit and found around drain pump filter a small leak. Filter was approx 1.5 turns too loose. CORRECTION: Tightened drain pump filter and tested unit. Checked for leaks and none found at this time. Test ok

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks at the refrigerator water supply line. Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain. Removed freezer panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and debris, operation now normal. Will need 24 hr defrost to clear ice under evap.

CONCERN: Customer reports oven is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested voltage from the wall to the oven terminal block, voltage test normal. During inspection technician found the terminal block had electrical short. CORRECTION: Replaced terminal block and cord, operation now normal.

Sold and installed dryer vent hose. Test unit. Test ok. CONCERN Customer reports refrigerator makes a noise for only a few seconds every so often CAUSE: unit not making noise at time of call. Possible ice maker or damper door opening/ closing. Refrigerator working normally at time of call CONCERN: Customer reports washer is making noise. CAUSE: Found washer pump debris, however, debris is magnetic. tub rust and coming apart into pump. CORRECTION: tub is NLA. Advised customer

CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was not running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the compressor. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the compressor. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal.

Inspected terminal block for short or burnt wiring, terminal block and wiring normal. Inspected voltage to dryer controls, voltage normal at dryer controls. Inspected unit door switch, found broken door switch. CORRECTION: Installed dryer vent hose. Replaced dryer door switch and tested, operation now normal.

Inspected for voltage input at the compressor, compressor voltage input normal at the time of inspection. NOTE: Compressor was running and cooling unit down. Inspected voltage input at the condenser fan motor, input voltage was normal at the time of inspection. Found condenser fan motor Locked up and not running. CORRECTION: Replaced condenser fan motor and tested. Operation now normal.
