CONCERN: Customer reports washer water inlet is not working properly. CAUSE: Found washer water valve failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer water valve and tested. Operation now normal. NOTE: After repairs were completed inspected for leaks, no leaks at time of completion

CONCERN: Customer reports that the washer is not draining. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage to washer, voltage output from wall outlet normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage output from control to washer drain pump, voltage to drain pump normal at the time of inspection. Found washer pump impeller was trying to turn however the technician found washer drain pump clogged with debris. CORRECTION: Removed drain pump to clear debris and re-installed, check for leaks and tested, Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Washer is not draining or spinning DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected washer for proper output voltage from washer control to the washer motor, voltage output is normal at the time of testing. Inspected washer pump, Found washer pump failure. CORRECTION: Replaced washer pump and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports washer is over filling with water. CAUSE: Found washer pressure switch to be not operating correctly. Also, found drum/tub bearing issues. Advised customer. CORRECTION: replaced water pressure switch. Test unit. Test ok other than grinding noise. CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is making a loud noise. CAUSE: Found dryer idler pulley failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer idler pulley and tested, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not heating. CAUSE: Inspected dryer wall receptacle for proper voltage to the dryer, voltage to the dryer is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected dryer terminal block and cord for visible shorts, no shorts found at terminal block or cord at the time of inspection. Inspected dryer heater continuity on the heater element, heating element tested good at the time of inspection, Tested thermal safety for continuity, no continuity present, Found dryer thermal safety shorted out. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer thermal safety and tested. Operation now normal. Dryer blew thermal safety. Vent cleaning performed to prevent repeat fuse failure.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks at the refrigerator water supply line. Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain. Removed freezer panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and debris, replaced drain tubes in back operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports washer is throwing TE error code CAUSE: Found washer thermostat sensor bad and heater CORRECTION: Replaced and tested, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was not running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the compressor. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the compressor. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not getting cold. CAUSE: Found compressor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced compressor and receiver dryer, evacuated system and recharged with freon. Operation now normal.

Inspected unit for missing neutral, Found neutral missing at dryer door switch. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer door switch and tested, operation now normal.
