Edgar provided great service and for both appointments he called and asked if he could come early. He was very knowledgeable and ordered a new part for the refrigerator. It took around 3 weeks for the manufacturer to send and when he came to install it, he was very apologetic that it took so long. He fixed the ice maker and it is working great! We would definitely call them again.

I picked this company because on their website and over the phone I was told they specialized in my brand of dishwasher. They did not he had never seen one before. However, he took his time he was careful he figured it out. A small $.30 clamp had come off the hose. For that I was charged $145. My understanding had been that the service charge would be waived and I would only have to pay for the repair. I understand I pay for the knowledge that they haveBut the cost did not seem to bear out comfortably for me. But very nice people and did good work

Chris was very accommodating, I asked if he could call 30 minutes before arriving so I could work my repair window into my work day and he did exactly that. Very honest and helpful as well. Explained the problem and showed me exactly what the issue was and why it would not be worth repairing cost-wise. I have used this company for another repair I needed before this call, and I would definitely use them again.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not getting cold. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: checked for fault codes at main control Found led blinking 6 times performed service procedures tested compressor capacitor 17 microfarret, passed found compressor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced compressor and drier filter and receiver dryer, evacuated system and recharged with freon. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not getting cold on refrigerator side. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected compressor operation, evaporator fan and condenser fan operation, all normal. Found frost build up on evaporator coils. Tested defrost heater for continuity, Found defrost heater and limiter shorted. CORRECTION: Replaced defrost heater and limiter. Tested operation, all normal upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks at the refrigerator water supply line. Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain. Removed freezer panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and debris, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water onto floor. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line to refrigerator for leaks, no leaks found at this time. Inspected water valve for leaks, found water valve failure. CORRECTION: Replaced water valve and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. Customer water filter is also very clogged they explained they’ll be replacing filter
CONCERN: Dryer takes too long to dry clothes, dryer does get hot though. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested dryer for proper heater element operation. Heater operation is normal. Inspected heater thermostat operation for short cycling condition, thermostat is short cycling. Inspected dryer air flow at the duct flume, air flow is normal at this time, no signs of flow restriction. Cause, Wall vent clogged with lint. CORRECTION: Performed dryer vent cleaning, tested for restrictions, operation now normal CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not starting . CAUSE: Inspected dryer wall receptacle for proper voltage to the dryer, voltage to the dryer is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected dryer terminal block and cord for visible shorts, no shorts found at terminal block or cord at the time of inspection. Inspected dryer heater continuity on the heater element, heating element tested good at the time of inspection, Tested thermal safety for continuity, no continuity present, Found dryer th

CONCERN: Customer reports microwave keeps tripping circuit breaker. CAUSE: Tested Microwave door switches for continuity, found microwave interlock door switches have electrical short and failed. CORRECTION: Replace microwave interlock door switches, and latch assemblies, and inline fuse. tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is not working properly. CAUSE: Found washer suspension rods have failed. CORRECTION: Replaced with aftermarket washer suspension rods and tested. Operation now normal. NOTE: NO WARRANTY ON AFTERMARKET PARTS
CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker not working CAUSE: ice maker fill tube frozen CORRECTION: installed fill tube heater tested unit and unit is up and running to factory spics
CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running, passed. Found excessive frost build up on evaporator coil panel. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the compressor. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the compressor. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Washer is not draining or spinning DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected washer for proper output voltage from washer control to the washer motor, voltage output is normal at the time of testing. Inspected washer pump, Found washer pump failure. CORRECTION: Replaced washer pump and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports microwave no power. DIAGNOSTIC AND CUASE: found blown fuse due to worn door latch and interlock switches. CORRECTION: replaced door latch assembly , interlock switch, fuse, and door hook. Tested and operating normal at this time.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not working properly. CAUSE: Found refrigerator defrost timer failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator defrost timer and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not draining properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage to dishwasher, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to main control input, dishwasher main control input voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected main control output voltage to the dishwasher drain pump, main control output voltage, normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to drain pump and found proper operating voltage to Dishwasher drain pump, dishwasher drain pump impeller still not working. Dishwasher drain pump failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher drain pump and high loop drain hose with check and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection. Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
