CONCERN: Customer states washer is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall receptacle for proper outlet voltage to washer, wall receptacle voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected washer controls for proper input voltage, voltage normal at time of inspection. Inspected washer interlock continuity, found washer interlock switch failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer interlock switch and tested on all cycles, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested the dishwasher for proper voltage to the dishwasher terminal junction box. Voltage to junction box is normal. Tested voltage from the junction box to the main control board, voltage test normal. Tested voltage from the dishwasher main control board out to water valve and dishwasher float. Found no power going through the dishwasher main control board. CORRECTION: reprogrammed main control board and tested, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks at the refrigerator water supply line. Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain. Removed freezer panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and debris, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water onto floor. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line to refrigerator for leaks, no leaks found at this time. Inspected water valve for leaks, found water valve failure. CORRECTION: Replaced water valve and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.

CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is over filling tray and leaking. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Performed reset to ice maker and during reset ice maker would fill twice and could not find home position. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.

CONCERN: Washer is not draining or spinning DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected washer for proper output voltage from washer control to the washer motor, voltage output is normal at the time of testing. Inspected washer pump, Found washer pump failure. CORRECTION: Replaced washer pump and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.

CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was not running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the compressor. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the compressor. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports microwave is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected power supply at the wall for 120V, voltage at supply line normal at time of inspection. Inspected control board for visible signs of shorts, no signs of shorts a the control board. Inspected microwave 20 amp safety fuse for shorts. Microwave fuse shorted. CORRECTION: Replaced microwave fuse and tested, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator ceiling light do not operate DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: reset refrigerator and retest. Concern was still present. Check voltage to led board 3v present. Found issue with freezer light. CORRECTION: replaced freezer and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.

Refrigerator service call. No repairs made at this time. CONCERN: customer states refrigerator leaking and has strong odor in refrigerator. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: verified odor. Found strong odor from ice bucket. Cleared bucket. Advised customer to go through freezer food and clear out any expired foods. Refrigerator operating as designed

Dishwasher Service call, CONCERN: customer states not draining and leaking. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: found excessive studs when running due to dish detergent added to soap dispenser. CORRECTION: cycle dishwasher multiple times to remove dish detergent. Advised customer may have to run until all soap detergent is removed.

Inspected for voltage input at the compressor, compressor voltage input normal at the time of inspection. NOTE: Compressor was running and cooling unit down. Inspected voltage input at the condenser fan motor, input voltage was normal at the time of inspection. Found condenser fan motor Locked up and not running. CORRECTION: Replaced condenser fan motor and tested. Operation now normal.
