Carlos came at the appointment time, was very pleasant, got to the problem concerning my ice maker, came back the next day and inserted new motor. He is great!

CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was not running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the compressor. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the compressor. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer states washer is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall receptacle for proper outlet voltage to washer, wall receptacle voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected washer controls for proper input voltage, voltage normal at time of inspection. Inspected washer interlock continuity, found washer interlock switch failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer interlock switch and tested on all cycles, operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports washer. CAUSE: Washer agitator gears stripped. CORRECTION: Replaced agitator gears and tested, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports that the washer is not draining. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage to washer, voltage output from wall outlet normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage output from control to washer drain pump, voltage to drain pump normal at the time of inspection. Found washer pump impeller was trying to turn however the technician found washer drain pump clogged with debris. CORRECTION: Removed drain pump to clear debris and re-installed, check for leaks and tested, Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.

CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection. Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker , water filter as well and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected refrigerator for proper voltage supply, voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage from terminal block to control, voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage from control to DC inverter, found voltage supply to the inverter normal however no voltage coming out of the inverter to the compressor. Found compressor inverter control board failed. CORRECTION: Replaced compressor inverter control board and tested. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator. CAUSE: Found condenser coils clogged with debris. CORRECTION: Clean condenser coils and tested, operation now normal.
