I used Affordable Appliance Repair a few years ago for a problem with my Amana refrigerator, Doug was the service man, I was very pleased so contacted them again this time. Daren was recommended because he is familiar with the LG brand. I’m not in the habit of complaining about service personnel, but...... When Daren stepped in the door and saw my LG appliances he immediately said LGs are the worst, they always need repair, 80% of his service calls were on LGs. I told him I didn’t appreciate that comment and he asked if I wanted him to lie? No, that may be true in his experience but certainly not a way to greet a customer. Also, when I started to explain the problem with the stove’s oven I said when I open the oven door the temperature immediately decreases........he didn’t let me finish but said of course it does, now I’m really stupid! Please let me finish. He searched for the problem in silence until I asked what he was doing, He then explained and found the problem, I agreed to have it fixed but told him I hated to have to spend $234+ on an appliance that was no damn good, of course he just shrugged and turned away but then added this was a common problem with all gas oven appliances. I was not pleased with his attitude from the git go, I’m sorry. I received very prompt service to fix the problem, Daren was very congenial, pleasant, showed me what was wrong with the igniter, waited to see if the new one worked and was on his way.
Responded quickly. On time and fixed our dryer in no time.
