Our service tech Carlos, was just the nicest guy and his apprentice likewise. Will definitely keep this number! As far as price, when you need parts that's not really up to the company and our part was quite a bit but they did a great job and it was our choice to fix or not. :)

CONCERN: Customer reports KITCHEN AID refrigerator is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected refrigerator for proper voltage supply, voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage from terminal block to control, voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage from control to DC inverter, found voltage supply to the inverter normal however no voltage coming out of the inverter to the compressor. Found compressor inverter control board failed. CORRECTION: Replaced compressor inverter control board and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: LG Dryer takes too long to dry clothes, dryer does get hot though. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested dryer for proper heater element operation. Heater operation is normal. Inspected heater thermostat operation for short cycling condition, thermostat is short cycling. Inspected dryer air flow at the duct flume, air flow is normal at this time, no signs of flow restriction. Cause, Wall vent clogged with lint. CORRECTION: Performed dryer vent cleaning, tested for restrictions, operation now normal

CONCERN: Customer reports MAYTAG washer is not working properly. Model MVWC565FWODIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for voltage output, voltage output to washer normal at the time of inspection. Inspect voltage to control, voltage to control was normal at the time of inspection. Inspected signal from control to washer shift actuator, found washer shift actuator failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer shift actuator and tested, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports KITCHEN AID refrigerator is leaking water onto floor. CAUSE: Technician inspected water supply line from wall to refrigerator water valve. No leaks at supply hose. Inspected water valve for leaks, no leaks at water valve, inspected refrigerator micro tubing, found micro tubing failure. CORRECTION: Replaced and repaired refrigerator micro tubing and check for further leaks. NO LEAKS UPON COMPLETION.

CONCERN: Customer reports Jenn Air refrigerator is leaking water onto floor. Model JCD2290HES DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line to refrigerator for leaks, no leaks found at this time. CONCERN: Customer reports LG dryer does not work. Model DLEX3470W DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested wall outlet for proper voltage, line voltage normal at time of inspection. Inspected terminal block for short or burnt wiring, terminal block and wiring normal. Inspected voltage to dryer controls, voltage normal at dryer controls. Inspected unit for missing neutral, Found neutral missing at dryer door switch. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer door switch and tested, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not draining properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage to dishwasher, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to main control input, dishwasher main control input voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected main control output voltage to the dishwasher drain pump, main control output voltage, normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to drain pump and found proper operating voltage to Dishwasher drain pump, dishwasher drain pump impeller still not working. Dishwasher drain pump failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher drain pump, drain hose and tested, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not heating. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer for proper voltage from the wall to the cord terminal block, voltage normal. Inspected voltage from terminal block to dryer control assembly, voltage normal. Inspected continuity on all thermal safety thermostats, all thermal safeties are normal. Inspected continuity at heater element, found dryer heating element failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer heating element and tested. Operation now normal.

Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection.Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator section is not getting cold but freezer is still working properly. CAUSE: Found back panel and evaporator coils covered in frost. Tested the refrigerator defrost bi-metal thermostat for continuity, refrigerator defrost bi-metal continuity failed test. Refrigerator defrost bi-metal has electrical short. CORRECTION: Defrosted refrigerator evaporator coils and replaced defrost bi-metal thermostat. Operation now normal.
