Our service tech Carlos, was just the nicest guy and his apprentice likewise. Will definitely keep this number! As far as price, when you need parts that's not really up to the company and our part was quite a bit but they did a great job and it was our choice to fix or not. :)

CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not heating. CAUSE: Inspected dryer wall receptacle for proper voltage to the dryer, voltage to the dryer is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected dryer terminal block and cord for visible shorts, no shorts found at terminal block or cord at the time of inspection. Inspected dryer heater continuity on the heater element, heating element tested good at the time of inspection, Tested thermal safety for continuity, no continuity present, Found dryer thermal safety shorted out. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer thermal safety and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks at the refrigerator water supply line. Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain. Removed freezer panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and debris, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Refrigerator section is not getting cold. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected voltage from terminal block to compressor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Tested compressor operation, compressor operation normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to evaporator fan motor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Found evaporator fan motor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator evaporator fan motor and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports Oven is not heating. CAUSE: Tested wall receptacle for proper voltage, line voltage at wall receptacle is normal. Inspected oven cord and terminal block for wear or electrical shorts. No signs of electrical short at power cord or oven terminal block. Inspected oven bake element terminal and found Oven bake element terminal failure. CORRECTION: Replaced oven bake element and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports R/R cooktop burner is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected cooktop for proper voltage from supply line, voltage is normal. Inspected cord to terminal block for signs of failure, cord to terminal block is normal. Inspected voltage output from control to infinite switch, voltage to infinite switch is normal. Inspected voltage from infinite switch to burner, voltage from infinite switch to burner is normal. Inspected burner receptacle, receptacle is normal. Inspected and performed Ohms test on burner, found burner assembly failed. CORRECTION: Replaced R/R burner and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection.Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water onto floor. CAUSE: Technician inspected water supply line from wall to refrigerator water valve. No leaks at supply hose. Inspected water valve for leaks, no leaks at water valve, inspected refrigerator micro tubing, found micro tubing failure. CORRECTION: Replaced and repaired refrigerator micro tubing and check for further leaks. NO LEAKS UPON COMPLETION.

CONCERN: Customer reports oven is not heating DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested for proper voltage from wall outlet to terminal block Voltage good. Tested voltage from terminal block to control, voltage good. Tested voltage from control to ignitor, voltage good. Found oven ignitor has electrical short. CORRECTION: Replaced ignitor and tested, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was not running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the compressor. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the compressor. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Dryer takes too long to dry clothes, dryer does get hot though. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested dryer for proper heater element operation. Heater operation is normal. Inspected heater thermostat operation for short cycling condition, thermostat is short cycling. Inspected dryer air flow at the duct flume, air flow is normal at this time, no signs of flow restriction. Cause, Wall vent clogged with lint. CORRECTION: Performed dryer vent cleaning, tested for restrictions, operation now normal
