CORRECTION: Cleaned condenser coils on main refrigerator, wine refrigerator, and garage fridge. CONCERN: Customer reports washer is leaking water onto the floor. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply hoses to washer, supply hoses normal at the time of inspection. Inspected all internal water hoses and drain hoses, all hoses normal at the time of inspection. Inspected washer drain pump and tub seal for leaks, no leaks at the time of inspection. Tested washer on large load size and inspected for leaks, no leaks at the time of inspection. Inspected wall drain for signs of overflow, no visible signs of overflow at the time of inspection. CORRECTION: Unable to duplicate customer concern at this time. NO REPAIRS MADE

CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to defrost components. No voltage from the main control board to the defrost. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the defrost components. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected refrigerator for proper voltage supply, voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage from terminal block to control, voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage from control to DC inverter, found voltage supply to the inverter normal however no voltage coming out of the inverter to the compressor. Found compressor inverter control board failed. CORRECTION: Replaced compressor inverter control board and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection. Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.

CORRECTION: Replaced and tested, operation now normal.

Inspected continuity at heater element, found dryer heating element failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer heating element and tested. Operation now normal Also performed DVC.

Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, belt, and idler pulley. Operation now normal

CAUSE: Found temperature sensor loose and appears to have been pulled on. CORRECTION: Replaced temperature sensor and tested. If problem persists, main control board will need replaced.
