CORRECTION: Cleaned condenser coils on main refrigerator, wine refrigerator, and garage fridge. CONCERN: Customer reports washer is leaking water onto the floor. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply hoses to washer, supply hoses normal at the time of inspection. Inspected all internal water hoses and drain hoses, all hoses normal at the time of inspection. Inspected washer drain pump and tub seal for leaks, no leaks at the time of inspection. Tested washer on large load size and inspected for leaks, no leaks at the time of inspection. Inspected wall drain for signs of overflow, no visible signs of overflow at the time of inspection. CORRECTION: Unable to duplicate customer concern at this time. NO REPAIRS MADE
CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to defrost components. No voltage from the main control board to the defrost. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the defrost components. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected refrigerator for proper voltage supply, voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage from terminal block to control, voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage from control to DC inverter, found voltage supply to the inverter normal however no voltage coming out of the inverter to the compressor. Found compressor inverter control board failed. CORRECTION: Replaced compressor inverter control board and tested. Operation now normal.
Dryer Service Call, Found dryer heating as designed at time of inspection Installed new aluminum dryer vent hose. Installed Parts only. Customer wanted to purchase heating element and cutoff kit for future use if needed
CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection. Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports oven has error code f1 DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected oven for proper wall outlet voltage to the oven, Output voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage input at the main control board, input voltage to the main control board normal at the time of inspection. Found oven main control board failed. CORRECTION: Replaced and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not heating. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer for proper voltage from the wall to the cord terminal block, voltage normal. Inspected voltage from terminal block to dryer control assembly, voltage normal. Inspected continuity on all thermal safety thermostats, all thermal safeties are normal. Inspected continuity at heater element, found dryer heating element failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer heating element and tested. Operation now normal Also performed DVC.
CONCERN: Dryer is making a loud noise when tumbling. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer barrel operation, operation normal. Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, belt, and idler pulley. Operation now normal
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is over cooling CAUSE: Found bad control board per service bulletin CORRECTION: installed new control board and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports stand alone ice maker is not working properly. CAUSE: Found ice maker water valve failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker water valve and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports freezer is intermittently getting warm, display reads temperature inaccurately. CAUSE: Found temperature sensor loose and appears to have been pulled on. CORRECTION: Replaced temperature sensor and tested. If problem persists, main control board will need replaced.
CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was not running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the compressor. CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not working. DIAGNOSTIC & CAUSE: Inspected dryer start mechanisms, all are working as designed. Inspected heater operation is normal although unit is short cycling. Found dryer had debris stuck in blower housing. CORRECTION: Removed debris from blower housing and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports that the dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes. CAUSE: Dishwasher has soap and scum build up. CORRECTION: Performed dishwasher cabinet clean out, cleaned dishwasher sump and chopper area to remove debris. Cleaned spray arms as best as possible. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
Refrigerator service call. No repairs made at this time. CONCERN: refrigerator not cooling. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: checked compressor operating. Connected mechanical gagues found pressures in spec. Compressor failed. CORRECTION: recommended replacing compressor customer declined at this time.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not as cold as it should be. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage output, voltage output normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for voltage input at the compressor, compressor voltage input normal at the time of inspection. NOTE: Compressor was running and cooling unit down. Inspected voltage input at the condenser fan motor, input voltage was normal at the time of inspection. Found condenser fan motor Locked up and not running. CORRECTION: Replaced condenser fan motor and tested. Operation now normal.
