Great service!!

First off, great prices. I know it varies on job, but we had fridge and washer done by these guys and they are very reasonable. Friendly and polite and easy communication. Definitely recommend!

Amazing response time and service

The immediate service appointment was a nice surprise. Repair person was prompt, courteous, quickly diagnosed problem and completed the repair. My washer was unuseable for less than 24 hours. CONCERN: Dryer takes too long to dry clothes, dryer does get hot though. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested dryer for proper heater element operation. Heater operation is normal. Inspected heater thermostat operation for short cycling condition, thermostat is short cycling. Inspected dryer air flow at the duct flume, air flow is normal at this time, no signs of flow restriction. Cause, Wall vent clogged with lint. CORRECTION: Performed dryer vent cleaning, tested for restrictions, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not heating. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer for proper voltage from the wall to the cord terminal block, voltage normal. Inspected voltage from terminal block to dryer control assembly, voltage normal. Inspected continuity on all thermal safety thermostats, all thermal safeties are normal. Inspected continuity at heater element, found dryer heating element failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer heating element and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports that the dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes. CAUSE: Dishwasher has soap and scum build up. CORRECTION: Performed dishwasher cabinet clean out, cleaned dishwasher sump and chopper area to remove debris. Cleaned spray arms as best as possible, installed citrus acid solution and ran machine to disinfect and clean spray ports and sump area of mold and mildred residue. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not cleaning. CAUSE: Found dishwasher flood sensor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water onto floor. CAUSE: Technician inspected water supply line from wall to refrigerator water valve. No leaks at supply hose. Inspected water valve for leaks, no leaks at water valve, inspected refrigerator micro tubing, found micro tubing failure. CORRECTION: Replaced and repaired refrigerator micro tubing and check for further leaks. NO LEAKS UPON COMPLETION.

CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection.Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal

CONCERN: Refrigerator section is not getting cold. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected voltage from terminal block to compressor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Tested compressor operation, compressor operation normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to evaporator fan motor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Found evaporator fan motor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator evaporator fan motor with harness, bimetal and thermistor and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports that the Refrigerator is not getting cold in either compartment. CAUSE: Inspected wall voltage for proper output, voltage output is normal. Inspected compressor for proper voltage, voltage to compressor is normal. Inspected compressor starter for proper continuity, no continuity at the compressor starter. Tested compressor windings for electrical shorts, no shorts at compressor windings. CORRECTION: Replaced compressor starter and tested. Operation now normal.

Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, belt, and idler pulley.
