Excellent Service

We w ere very happy with the service we received. Tony arrived on time, ordered the part necessary for our refrigerator. Kept us informed, returned and replaced the part. After he left there was still a problem but he returned the same day and corrected the problem. Everything is now fine. Very pleased with the overall service.

Considerate service tech, Great Service,

I would definitely call again, for repair on other appliances if needed. The service tech called before and gave me a time he would arrive. On time, and cost was reasonable.

Very professional

He came and diagnosed what was wrong, and ordered the part. He set up an install date and timeframe before he left. He then called me 30 minutes prior to his arrival, installed the new part. Cleaned and wiped down surfaces he contacted. He is a highly skilled person!!
