Quick service same day as called. Tried to buy a new piece to fix washer but was honest that it was a better solution if I bought a new washer (same price as fixing)

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator door is squeaking . CAUSE: Door cam needed to be adjusted and oiled on fridge and freezer door. CORRECTION: adjusted door cams and oiled tested doors multiple times Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator door is not working properly. CAUSE: Door cam kit failed. CORRECTION: Replaced door cam kit and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports Garbage disposal is not working/leaking. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Technician inspected wall outlet for proper voltage, voltage at the wall is normal. Found garbage disposal seals failed. CORRECTION: Replaced garbage disposal and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks after completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator CAUSE: Found hey Scott caught up around dispenser shoe assembly, keeping it from dispensing and ice bucket being pulled out.  CORRECTION: steamed out ice shoot and ice bucket, assembly and reinstalled ice bucket and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water onto floor. CAUSE: Technician inspected water supply line from wall to refrigerator water valve. No leaks at supply hose. Inspected water valve for leaks, no leaks at water valve, inspected refrigerator micro tubing, found micro tubing failure. CORRECTION: Replaced and repaired refrigerator micro tubing and check for further leaks. NO LEAKS UPON COMPLETION. ADVISED NOT TO REPAIR. Line not long enough to fit connection properly. With dry rotted line. Unable to replace line all way through door. RECOMMEND NOT USING LINE AND REPLACEMENT UNIT. Customer asked to get tube temporary back as close as possible even with risk of leaking again. NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE.
CONCERN: Customer reports that the dishwasher is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected for proper output voltage from wall outlet to dishwasher, output voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper input voltage from junction box to control board, voltage input to control board normal at time of inspection. Inspected output voltage from dishwasher control board to dishwasher pump and motor assembly, output voltage to pump and motor assembly normal at the time of inspection. Found dishwasher pump and motor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher pump and motor assembly and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks at the refrigerator water supply line. Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain. Removed freezer panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and debris, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
Concern : Drawer in fresh food section does not stay in place. CAUSE: Support wheel bracket is bent. CORRECTION: Reshaped support bracket and reinstalled drawer onto shelf. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected refrigerator for proper voltage supply, voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage from terminal block to control, voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage from control to DC inverter, found voltage supply to the inverter normal however no voltage coming out of the inverter to the compressor. Found compressor inverter control board failed. CORRECTION: Replaced compressor inverter control board and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports R/F coil cooktop burner is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected for proper voltage from wall to cooktop terminal block, voltage is normal. Inspected voltage from terminal block to the main control input line, voltage was normal. Inspected voltage from the main control to the infinite input, voltage was normal. Inspected voltage from R/F infinite switch to the burner receptacle, found the burner receptacle and burner shorted out.CORRECTION: Replaced R/F burner and burner receptacle, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Washer is not draining or spinning DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected washer for proper output voltage from washer control to the washer motor, voltage output is normal at the time of testing. Inspected washer pump, Found washer pump failure. CORRECTION: Replaced washer pump and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
Customer concern- Door is hard to open Result- I adjusted trimming around unit to not interfere in door operation
CONCERN: Customer reports cooktop burners are not working properly CAUSE: Found cooktop igniter switches failed. CORRECTION: Replaced switches, right rear grate and tested, operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection. Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator makes noise CAUSE: Found bad evaporator fan motor and condenser fan motor CORRECTION:Replaced both fan motors and tested. Operation
CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is making noise CAUSE: Found dryer missing roller wheel. Appears to be missing since purchased. Always made noise CORRECTION: installed 4th front left roller wheel and tested. Operation now normal.
