Very professional

He came and diagnosed what was wrong, and ordered the part. He set up an install date and timeframe before he left. He then called me 30 minutes prior to his arrival, installed the new part. Cleaned and wiped down surfaces he contacted. He is a highly skilled person!!

CONCERN: Customer reports washer is leaking. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply to the washer for apparent leaks, no leaks from water supply to washer. Inspected washer water valve for leaks, no leaks at the washer water valve. Inspected washer dispenser and dispenser supply hoses for leaks, no leaks at this time. Inspected washer door boot, found washer door boot seal torn. CORRECTION: Replaced washer door boot seal and checked for leaks. Operation now normal, no leaks upon completion.

CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator/freezer is not cooling properly. CAUSE: Found refrigeration system low on freon. CORRECTION: Recharged system and tested. Operation now normal. Note: NO GUARANTEE ON RECHARGING SYSTEM. Since a refrigerator that is low on freon has a known leak we cannot guarantee performance of the unit after freon has been refilled. When a welded unit is low on freon it has leaked out, however we cannot determine the rate at which a leak is. Customer has acknowledged that this is a temporary fix only and is not to be considered a long lasting repair.

CONCERN: Dryer is making a loud noise when tumbling. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer barrel operation, operation normal. Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, belt, and idler pulley. Operation now normal

CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not heating. CAUSE: Inspected dryer wall receptacle for proper voltage to the dryer, voltage to the dryer is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected dryer terminal block and cord for visible shorts, no shorts found at terminal block or cord at the time of inspection. Inspected dryer heater continuity on the heater element, heating element tested good at the time of inspection, Tested thermal safety for continuity, no continuity present, Found dryer thermal safety shorted out. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer thermal safety and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN Customer reports refrigerator filter cover does not stay up, filter needs replacing, and the freezer drawer handle is loose. CORRECTION: Installed new filter housing latch, new filter, and tightened Allen screws on handle and tested. Operation now normal.

CAUSE: Found dispenser water valve failed CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator dispenser water valve and tested, operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports that the dishwasher is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected for proper output voltage from wall outlet to dishwasher, output voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper input voltage from junction box to control board, voltage input to control board normal at time of inspection. Inspected output voltage from dishwasher control board to dishwasher pump and motor assembly, output voltage to pump and motor assembly normal at the time of inspection. Found dishwasher pump and motor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher pump and motor assembly and tested, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not getting cold on refrigerator side. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected compressor operation, evaporator fan and condenser fan operation, all normal. Found frost build up on evaporator coils. Tested defrost heater for continuity, Found defrost heater and limiter shorted. CORRECTION: Replaced defrost heater and limiter. Tested operation, all normal upon completion.
