Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support glides bearing failed. CORRECTION: Replaced glide bearing, belt, and drum felt. Operation now normal

Tested compressor operation, compressor operation normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to evaporator fan motor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Found evaporator fan motor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator evaporator fan motor assembly and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports washer is leaking out top CAUSE: Found washer lid damaged allowing to leak out CORRECTION: Replaced lid assembly and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.

CONCERN: Customer reports that the washer is not draining. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage to washer, voltage output from wall outlet normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage output from control to washer drain pump, voltage to drain pump normal at the time of inspection. Found washer pump impeller was trying to turn however the technician found washer drain pump clogged with debris. CORRECTION: Removed drain pump to clear debris and re-installed, check for leaks and tested, Operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports washer knob CAUSE: Found washer timer knob CORRECTION: Replaced timer knob and tested, operation now normal.
