CONCERN: Customer reports oven is not working, locked door displayed on screen. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected oven for proper wall outlet voltage to the oven, Output voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage input at the main control board, input voltage to the main control board normal at the time of inspection. Found oven main control board relay failed for door lock motor. Unable to obtain part numbers. model sticker not longer visible. Recommend replacing unit. Oven currently operating normal after manually operating door lock motor.
Refrigerator service call. No repairs made at this time. CONCERN: customer states refrigerator not cooling Tested voltage, good. Inspected control panel, good. Checked main control board, no obvious signs of worn. Performed hard reset unplugged for 5 minutes and retested. Operating normal at this time.
CONCERN: Refrigerator section is not getting cold. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected voltage from terminal block to compressor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Tested compressor operation, compressor operation normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to evaporator fan motor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Found evaporator fan motor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator evaporator fan motor and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not turning on. CAUSE: Found dishwasher control jumper relay loose. CORRECTION: re connected and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator not dispensing water only function with auto fill CAUSE: Found bad COVER PADDLE SWITCH CORRECTION: replaced cover paddle assembly and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not working properly. CAUSE: Found dryer timer failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer timer and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not CAUSE: Found dryer main control board failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer main control board and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports the oven control board is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Found main control board failed. CORRECTION: Removed control board and shut down power to the oven. Customer to send part into Core Centric Solutions for repair, once part is returned to customer, customer to call back and have Affordable appliance re-install main control board.
