During the most recent monsoon our power went out several times. As a result our fridge quit cooling. I called late in the evening and left a message that we needed a service call ASAP. I received a call first thing in the morning, before 8AM. Jeff F called me prior to coming out, arrived on time and completed the diagnosis quickly. Our luck he had the necessary circuit board in his service truck. Repairs were made and he was in and out and had us up in running in no time. Great service, answered all of my questions and will certainly get our call if needed again. I have no problem recommending this company and Jeff to anyone needing service.
