Duane was on time, professional and explained in detail the issues. Parts had to be ordered and he called when they came in and scheduled installation for that same day. He cleaned up when finished. I highly recommend Duane!! P.S. He had a trainee with him, he will get the best training!

My refrigerator was not working properly so I decided to call Appliance work to verify that it was on its last leg. Duane showed up on time and within minutes confirmed that my refrigerator needed to be replaced. Excellent service and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend Appliance Works.

Dwayne is such a nice man. He was able to diagnose the problem with my icemaker, ordered the part, returned immediately when it was available. While I hope I will not have to see him in the future, he’s a man I would look forward to seeing again. Fast, clean work area and he loved my dog
