Scott was amazing. He was everything you could ask for in a service technician. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I would consider him to be a trusted advisor in the field of appliance repair. I would have no problem allowing him into my home even if I was out of town or not home. He was quick and efficient diagnosing the issue with my dishwasher and literally fixed the issue in 5 minutes. Something I had spent 10hrs and $100 in parts and was unable to figure out. After he was done, he gave me some tips on my fridge and washer and dryer to help extend the life. Scott is a true professional and they offer a lot of value at a reasonable price. He showed up on time. His appearance was clean cut and professional. Top notch company! I will use them again.
