My experience was great. Jeremy knew his stuff, answered all of my questions and was thorough. My only complaint was that he was 40 minutes later than he said he said he was going to be when he called to say he was on his way and blamed it someone else. I would have preferred he took responsibility for it (even if it was someone elses fault) rather than blaming someone else. Other than that, my experience was great.
