Duane responded in a timely manner to our request for service of our leaking Fridgidaire refrigerator which was only 5 years old. Great technician even though my problem was not solved. Microwave takes 15 seconds to open after you push the button. He said it's a mechanical problem. He showed me the problem and explained it quite well.

He didn't find the problem on the first visit but readily came back after we found the dishwasher leaking again and got to the root of the problem. He did not charge us for the second visit. He also helped us with choosing a new dishwasher and gave us solid advice about recent lawsuits on the ice maker on our Samsung refrigerator.
