The service that Duane provided was absolutely outstanding!! Friendly, courteous, and PROMPT!! My husband and I live well off the beaten path and he was never late - not once! He fixed my washing machine and even played fetch with my dog while waiting for me to finish a work call!!! That's what I call service!!!! Duane was wonderful. He had to order parts and come back. Knowing how badly I needed the washer fixed (6 kids in my house), he came back at 7 am as soon as he had the part to get it fixed! He was timely, he was efficient, and he did not leave any mess behind at all!! I highly recommend him for your appliance repairs! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
