Kyle was communicative and prompt, and thoroughly fixed the Whirlpool washer for my tenant! He was able to troubleshoot and diagnose and even when replacing the part didn’t work, he took more of the machine apart to find what was wrong with it instead of just giving up and leaving. I will call on ApplianceWorksAZ again in the future for my repairs!
