Edwin has been out to my house twice now, once to diagnose and the other time to repair our washing machine. He is very professional, was easily able to diagnose the issue and showed up with the correct parts to repair the issue. Now our washing machine is working like new again! We would definitely call Edwin/Appliance Works for any future issues we have. The customer service person who schedules the calls is also very professional and pleasant to speak with!
