Christina did an excellent job of diagnosing my problem and getting the necessary part for the repair. She came back to install it and it turned out the washer had bigger problems so it was cost effective for me to replace it instead of repair it. She recommended brands for use to go with and we are happy with our new unit. Christina gets 5/5 stars for the way she does things and explains it. My old washing machine gets 1/5 for becoming a piece of useless junk in three years.
