From scheduling to installation of the necessary part, the process was very smooth. On and off, our refrigerator was warm and the ice melted in our freezer. Technician Cristina listened to our observations, diagnosed the problem and, when the part arrived, completed the installation. She was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We highly recommend Appliance Works and have already done so (they too were very satisfied).
