I originally had another company come out and check my refrigerator. The tech came to my house and ordered the part, called and scheduled appointments to come make the repair and then failed to show time after time. I finally gave up and called Appliance Works. Ty made an appointment and came on time. He diagnosed the problem, looked up the part and checked pricing with me before ordering. He then scheduled the repair and came EARLY! My refrigerator is now working perfectly and no longer leaks. Ty was professional and friendly. I highly recommend Appliance Works.
