From my description of the problem with my gas oven, Edwin quickly diagnosed the problem that needed the igniter to be replaced. He checked for availability and found it had to be ordered. He quoted me the price and ordered after I accepted it. He kept me informed on the status of the order and installed the part once it came in. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. I'd like him to come back whenever I need appliance service.
