Edwin (the technician) came out to evaluate my refrigerator issues. Very knowledgable, thorough, efficient and most helpful in explaining the issues and the process he was going through during the evaluation (I really appreciate that!). I feel that I have the complete knowledge and advise to determine the next course of action.
