My experience with service tech was wonderful. However, my appliances are kenmore ( made by LG) and no one will work on LG appliances. Had I know my kenmore washer & dryer were made by LG I would have never bought them. A part was ordered and my service tech, Christina, replaced worn parts. She is fabulous! LG is not! Never again will I buy anything made by LG.
