My 3 year old LG washer unexpectedly gave me the ominous E6 code and that meant a mechanical problem, call someone for help. I called LG and they recommended 3 repair shops. I reviewed these three on the Arizona Registry of Contractors. One could not be found, one did not have insurance and had a complaint filled against it. Appliance Works is registered, bonded and had no complaints so I called them. A young lady technician ( I’m sorry I forgot her name) arrived the next day. I explained the problems I had up to the day she came. She went to work diagnosing the problem. She spent a good amount of time and showed me on her notepad a visualization of the internal works of my machine. Using this she me where the problem is. She was willing to give me a high and low estimate for the repair, but I only wanted to know what would be the maximum estimate. I decided not to repair my LG ( which I thought should have lasted longer). I then asked her for the names of washers she recommended and the places to I could go to purchase a machine. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED. If is ever had a problem with an appliance, Appliance Works would be the only repair shop I would call.
