Everything about my experience was great. Beginning with the call with the scheduler who was so nice and bent over backwards to accommodate me. Then Riley came out the next day and was also very nice. He figured out what was wrong just by my description and when he pulled out the fridge and did his diagnostics, he was absolutely right. He answered all of my questions with patience and clearly years worth of knowledge.
