I just had another wonderful experience with Dependable Services. We bought a dishwasher at Lowes and purchased the protection plan with it. When I had a problem with the dishwasher and call the Lowes customer service, I was pleased to find out that Dependable Services was who they were using to do their repairs. I have been using them for years for various repairs. Graham came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The parts were mailed to me the next day and Graham came back a few days later and fixed it. The time frames they give are usually a short and accurate window. They always call first and let me know when they are coming. They are usually never late and don't cause any interruption to my daily activities since they don't make you wait and wait. I've always been happy with their repairs and they can fix just about anything. Thank you Graham and Dependable Services.
