Everyone we spoke with was kind and straight to the point. The technician was kind and answers questions we had...Our problem was it took too long to repair our issue. It took over a month for our dryer to be fixed. This was NOT the technicians fault but rather the availability of the company and how they handle business. Again this is not a reflection on the technician but rather the company and how they deal with ordering parts and their hours and avolaibilty. That was our disappointment. Thank you
